New SIM card not working - help please

My new SIM card arrived today (I’m a new customer, so it isn’t a replacement, etc) and according to the instructions, you just pop it in and away you go.  I’ve tried both of my phones and it doesn’t work.

I’ve even tried it in my my partner’s phone.  She is already on IDmobile , so I know the network is okay on her phone, etc.  The message she gets when it’s in her phone is “SIM not registered on network.

Any suggestions please??

Are you still having issues with this?

 

We’d recommend trying a replacement SIM as the SIM doesn’t appear to work in other devices, and even devices that work with another iD Mobile SIM.
