New SIM not working

I purchased two SIM cards for my two children. Both arrived yesterday.

I have successfully activated one of the cards after inserting into my phone.
However, when I insert the other card, it doesn't work.

I've tried all the tips suggested, and still it doesn't work. It says "No SIM" at the top of my screen.

Hello @peelie,

It sounds like one of the SIM cards you got from iD doesn’t work properly.

You’ll need to contact iD Mobile to get a replacement - see the “How do I get a replacement SIM card?” community article for tips on doing this.

Thanks I followed @andewhite’s advice above, and they sent me a replacement SIM.
All’s working now.

Why iD Mobile?
