Received my pay monthly sim today but my iPhone 12 Pro Max is saying ‘no sim’ - Tried the SIM card in another device which is also saying ‘no sim’. Both phones are unlocked.

Can’t create an account to try and activate as my new mobile number is required - Which isn’t included in any documentation.

What do I do now as I can't phone anyone with IDMobile?

Okay @iamjonny, if you’ve you just joined iD Mobile then you should’ve received a new ready to use iD SIM card (i.e. ACTIVE).

Given the SIM doesn’t work in two different handsets, it sounds like you’ve got a dud SIM.

You’ll need to contact iD for a replacement SIM, or visit any Currys or Carphone Warehouse a collect a replacement SIM for £5.

Use iD live chat to request a replacement online, or get in-touch the iD Mobile social media customer support team, using facebook (via Messenger), or Twitter (by DM) for assistance.

You can activate your replacement SIM online at https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ja/web/cpw/sim-swap.

Good luck @iamjonny.
