I'm looking to swap networks however I live in quite a rural area. The coverage checker says I should get good signal however I've spoken to people and they seem to think I'll struggle with 3 signal here. I don't want to be tied in to a contract for 2 years with a phone I can't use, so does ID mobile offer a cooling off period and do they honour it? So if my new phone and sim arrive and I find out it doesn't work at home, can I cancel my contract and return it?Â
