I ported my number to ID mobile a couple of months ago. I went travelling and used wifi now I am back I am unable to make a call to my mum also on ID mobile. It goes straight to her answering message and if she phones me it’s the same! It doesn’t show up on our phones as missed call. We have reset network on both devices phones and checked our settings. We can both phone/ receive calls from others on other networks. Any help appreciated!

Is this issue just happening between you and your Mum, or doesn’t happen when you call other mobile numbers on the iD network and vice versa
Ahhh i don’t know anyone else on ID network ?
Sounds odd - if you aren’t diverting/forwarding each others calls to voicemail, it’s probably something iD support would need to investigate
