Absolutely zero service no one listening to you it’s been 48 hours without data no internet connection at all even did chat with them no one can fix it very disappointing

iD staff only read user posts in this community once-a-day - often less frequently than this @Safa.

Get assistance from iD customer service using Facebook Messenger, or send them a Twitter DM (direct message). The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).
