No data connection

I have no data connection outside of my home.

My information in the app states my contract ended April 2023, although it only started March 2023 and I still pay monthly. 

Can someone please help????

I need to be able to connect when out.

Okay @Lu Lu, sounds like you’re probably using a Wi-Fi connection at home. 

If you purchased a 1-month SIM only plan in March 2023, your contract minimum term ended April 2023. You’re probably now on a rolling 1-month contract, until you cancel.

If you can’t use the phone outside your home, have you paid your bill?

Otherwise you might have a broken or faulty SIM card - does your iD SIM card work outside your home in a different handset?

Are you able to use mobile data at home?

Are you able to call and text when away from home?

Please could you try the SIM in a different handset and see if that works?

It sounds like you are on a 30 day rolling contract.
