I have had no data for 2 days, I am unable to make or take calls and use my 5g.
Can I ask what you plan on doing about it?
I would also like to request compensation for the disruption this has caused me, like many others, this is completely unacceptable.
I have been unable to get through to anyone online, this is just a complete shambles.
After the contract runs out, i’ll be switching.
