I ordered my phone upgrade yesterday expecting next day delivery and I've had no email to say it's been dispatched today, only one email yesterday to say my order has been processed. When can I expect my new phone?

Alternatively, use the online iD live chat, or privately contact iD Mobile using Facebook Messenger, or send them a Twitter direct message, for an update.
The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).Â
