Good evening, I change my plan today I have no Internet connection just wondering what was going on thanks

Did you change your plan or upgrade?
If you have changed your plan your services should work as normal unless you have ran out of data.
Have you checked your data on the app or account?
If you have upgraded it may be a new SIM that has been sent which means the old one has been deactivated. However if you can make calls and texts, this shouldn’t be the case.
