I cannot access live chat now for 2 days and this is really frustrating as all community advice redirects me to live chat
I need my number changing ASAP so how can I do this? Please help

If live chat isn’t available, try contacting the iD social media customer support team using Facebook (Messenger), or Twitter (by DM), to discuss a number change.
The team work until 8pm weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).

I have tried Instagram and no response so will try Facebook also...thankyou this is a nightmare!

I just tried to speak to a live chat agent and it’s impossible to speak to anyone, it just cuts the user off and tells them to try later? Ridiculous!!!

The 2 times I needed help I pm them on twitter and got replies within 10-20mins

Also maybe worth noting the customer support team work until 8pm weekdays (and 6pm weekends).
