Just changed from EE couple of days ago & phone has no network & data won’t work. What should I do? Chat room ain’t working if ID either 😠

Can you advise if you have tried the SIM in a different handset?
Have you ported your number over to iD Mobile also?
If the SIM doesn’t work in a different handset it may be worth getting a new SIM card.
You can collect one free of charge from Curry’s or we can send one out.
Please let us know how you get on.
