Hi all, I've searched how to toggle the Adult Content Filtering on & off, but when I go to the My Services section of my account, there's no option, no mention or anything. Some help would be appreciated!

Your best option for prompt assistance with your account enquiry is to contact iD Mobile as follows:
- Get in-touch (privately) using facebook (using Messenger).
- Get in-touch (privately) using Twitter (by Direct Message).
- Use online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
FYI, any out-of-hours messages left on social media are picked-up when the social media team next start work - anyway, good luck.
