No order confirmation email

Hi, 

I (think) I ordered a new iPhone 14 on Thursday, which had an upfront cost of £9.

However, I have not received an order confirmation email, and no money has come out my bank account.

Am I right in thinking that the order hasn’t been processed correctly, and I should re-submit?

I don’t want to accidentally sign up to two phone contracts!

Did you note the reference shown online after you submitted your order, @Marc Adam?

If the order acknowledgement email isn’t in your mailbox’s Junk or Spam folder, the iD telephone sales team might be able to help - contact them on 020 7139 1397.
