NO RESPONSE FROM ID SUPPORT!

I posted the below on ID community 12 days ago. 

 

“Hello, 

I need one of these for my insurance, however it seems impossible as I can not speak to anyone at ID…

I have seen that som people have written similar things and have been contacted personally. The Insurance is looking for a Proof of usage document with the below info on it. 

Proof of usage document – A Proof of Usage must confirm the make and model of the device, the first and last dates the device was used with your SIM card, along with the IMEI number and/or serial number. Your network provider will be able to provide this, but please note a Proof of Usage is not an itemised bill.

I got a private message form ID Support asking for some more information and promising they would help me get the Proof of usage document. I replied straight away with all the info they asked for. I am yet to receive another message from them. It’s been almost 2 weeks….

This is the worst phone company I have ever ever been with!
