No service

I just upgraded my phone, kept the same aim card (the new phone did not come with one), and everything yesterday was working well.

Today I got an email telling me “congratulations on your upgrade” and no longer am getting any service.

 

Should I be worried or is this normal? When I log into the ID app everything is as it should be, it sees my new details etc.
