I changed my plan (on Thursday), and now have no data or voice service.
I have tried turning off and on, activating flight mode for 30 seconds, and removing and replacing SIM. I have tried connecting to a different network, and then reconnecting to ID mobile through network settings (I get an error saying my SIM doesn’t offer service on ID). So far nothing has helped.
The agent who arranged the new plan said my existing SIM would continue to work. Can should I do now, apart from leave the network?
I know there have been other generalised network problems, so can’t tell whether this is part of that or not. I can see ID saying they have fixed the general issue, but there are still people saying it hasn’t worked for them, so who knows.
Meanwhile it seems unreasonable to be charged for something that isn’t there.
