My Doro phone is fully charged but screen just says Select network. Any ideas ?

Please could you let us know the model of Doro this is?

 

Are you able to try the iD Mobile SIM card in another device?

Thank you. It’s a Doro 6520 bought in 2017. I cannot try it in another phone.

I believe the Doro 6520 model only works with 2G and 3G mobile networks, @Susan W.

Three UK (the iD Mobile network partner) don’t have a 2G service, and are currently switching off their 3G service across the UK - work is currently due for completion by end of 2024.

Hi @Susan W 

 

Unfortunately as suggested by @andewhite I wouldn’t expect an iD Mobile SIM card to work in a 6520, sorry about this.
