It would be strange that your partner on Three UK is having different signal to you on iD Mobile, as
Have you tried your iD Mobile SIM card in another device to test service there? It could be a faulty SIM card or device.

Three UK are iD Mobile’s network partner.
Both companies use the same mobile network infrastructure.
If your partner is successfully using a Three UK SIM card in the same location, sounds like your phone or iD SIM card might be faulty
Can you use your phone and iD SIM card in other locations?
Does your iD SIM card work in your partner’s phone at the problem location?
Is this the main 3mobile checker? Or is there a specific IDMobile checker?
