Hi, on Sunday I made an upgrade order and I received the acknowledgement email, and then the 'your order has been processed' email. Since then I haven't heard anything. I spoke to someone on live chat yesterday who said because of the bank Holiday it would be 24 hours from yesterday morning for it to be sorted. Still haven't heard anything, and now the Live chat button won't appear.
Anyone have any idea what to do? Its getting really frustrating
