No welcome email

So I received my phone yesterday and still haven’t received a welcome email, therefore I’m unable to register/use my sim. 
 

Can someone help as the live chat isn’t very helpful.

Indeed @Kai Edwards, sometimes the SIM card is faulty, otherwise perhaps iD hasn’t setup the iD account for your new connection correctly.

Weird, mines isn’t working but thanks I’ll try that!

iD SIM cards are dispatched activated and ready to use @Kai Edwards - just pop your new iD SIM card into your handset, and everything should be good to go. 

When I joined iD Mobile, my welcome email arrived 4-weeks after my SIM card.

Anyway, if Live Chat isn’t working try the following options: 

  • Private message using Facebook Messenger.
  • Direct Message using X (Twitter).

The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
