So I received my phone yesterday and still haven’t received a welcome email, therefore I’m unable to register/use my sim.

iD SIM cards are dispatched activated and ready to use
When I joined iD Mobile, my welcome email arrived 4-weeks after my SIM card.
Anyway, if Live Chat isn’t working try the following options:
The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
Weird, mines isn’t working but thanks I’ll try that!
