Hi there! I need to receive an access code from my overseas bank to access online banking, but I am not receiving it when they send it. The bank have asked me to check whether you (ID) are blocking SMS from short numbers. If this is the case, how can I resolve it?

If you are receiving a text from an overseas bank, it’s important to check that they have added the UK dialling code before the number.
I would advise double checking with the bank to see if the UK dialling code has been added.
