I am not actually receiving any text messages since swapping my number to you

Hello I am not receiving any one-time passwords via sms and I need to access my Klarna account to pay can someone help me resolve this as soon as possible

The iD staff working here in this public forum are around 6-7 days behind real-time in reading and responding to forum posts by forum members.

The best ways to get support from iD Mobile are:

The iD staff work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm at weekends.

Is this from any contact? Or is it just from banks/companies (OTP codes)?
