Not recieved £100 voucher with Samsung S22 Ultra

Hey! 

I was wondering when I would receive the £100 currys voucher that was part of my upgrade package for my Samsung galaxy S22 Ultra I have read the e document but don't understand how you have worded it...Was it supposed to come with the phone or come separately?

For the S22 Ultra, I can’t see this on the page as one that we offered gift cards with.

Have you got a screenshot of the offer or did you mean S22 Plus?

Hey @ChrissiStreeter393,

When you click the “Get up to £100.00 Gift Card”  it should take you to the page which verifies eligibility.

Hello Mohammed,

 

The actual document is a PDF I have tried to see if there is a hyperlink associated to the text as when I click the words it just highlights it 🤔 …
