not recieving confirmation sms

Like many others on this forum I am having problems recieving 2fa texts, bank texts, PayPal texts etc

 

Haven't found a successful resolution in the forum.

 

Shocking that ID mobile do not have a contact helpline no.

 

Mods please contact me to resolve this issue or I'll be leaving ID.

Okay @Helpsacredhart, it’s no big secret - iD Mobile only provide online support.

The iD staff (mods) working in this community are about one week behind with their responses to member posts, so you could be waiting for several days or longer before iD read your post.

Try the iD Live Chat service, or PM iD on facebook or twitter to get this fixed quickly - to get a real person, contact iD Mobile between 9am - 6pm.
