Not switching from another provider

Good morning,

I am trying to sign up with ID today but under the website function “Switching from another provider?” there is no option to select No. I am just looking to sign up as a new customer without moving an existing number or leave a current provider.

There doesn’t seem to be an option for this on the sign up page?

Welcome to the Community!

You can select the switch later option but you are not required to switch over.
