I purchased the phone and new contract on 29th of November. The SIM didn’t work and there is no customer service at all.
I got through to the chat agent after waiting an eternity, only to be told that “the system is down”. I want to cancel the contract. I have told this to the chat agent and they didn’t do anything.
What do I need to do so my cancellation request is registered by iD Mobile?
