I signed up for ID mobile last week (Wednesday) and signed to port my number in the process. I was with voxi and received my PAC code from them. On my invoice, it states my phone number as the number I wish to change to, whereas in the app it says that my phone number is a brand new number. It does not appear that my number has changed. According to their website, I have 7 days left of my voxi account. Is this the issue? Will it port after my voxi account has closed?
What date did you select for your number transfer, from VOXI to iD MobileÂ
FYI, there were serious issues preventing online PAC submissions, and delaying number transfers to iD Mobile last week.

I selected it for today (Wed, 26 Apr). My connection to my old network, Voxi, has been cut off today, yet my number on ID has not changed to my previous one.
It can take several hours, or more, after your old provider’s SIM card becomes inactive, and the number you wanted to keep working with your iD SIM card.
When I transferred to iD, I didn’t have a mobile service for around 5-hours.
