Number not ported

I have been told my number would have been ported yesterday and yet this has not happened. (EE to iD), and there is no way whatever to contact iD as the live chat feature isn't working. What am I supposed to do?

Have you tried chatting via their social media pages, @Patrick Dixon? 

You can send iD support a private message by Facebook Messenger or using X (formerly Twitter), to send a DM.

It may take between 8am and 10pm on the date selected/given.
