I'm new to iD, submitted my PAC code at the time of ordering. My existing number with 3 stopped working yesterday morning but I didn't get a new sim, I was told I would keep my old sim. Neither my new numberĀ or my old number are working. How long can I expect to be without a working mobile? Its never taken this long to port before.

The fastest way to get a replacement iD SIM card would be from your nearest Currys store
Otherwise, youāllĀ need to use the online iD Live Chat service to ask for a replacement SIM, and then wait for the SIM card to be delivered by Royal Mail.
FYI,
- iD Mobile advise allowing 3-5 working days for SIM card deliveries.
- Replacement iD SIM cards must be activated online before use with the network.
