I ported in my old number yesterday and my temporary number from ID is still showing on my ID account/dashboard. How long should it take to change to my ported in number? Thanks

Have you checked what number is showing when you call people and the number that people are reaching you on?
If it’s just your iD Mobile dashboard, you may need to log out and log back in for it to update.

Hiya Kash,
Yes my old number had ported in & was showing when I made outgoing calls. Although my partner was unable to get through to me using either my old or new number over the weekend However, I received an email from ID yesterday & I believe there was a delay in the porting in process on Friday. When I got home yesterday I was able to receive calls and my old number is now showing on my dashboard. Thanks👍😊
