I went into curry’s on the Sunday and signed up for a sim only contract and needed to port my number.
Vodafone cut me off at 10.30am yesterday the 20th. I have been without my phone for 21 hours now.
I repeatedly contacted them by the live chat and at 7.30pm was told there was something wrong with the sim. So I went to curry’s to get a new sim. But they can’t activate it. They can only give me the new sim.
I desperately need my phone. Please can you fast track this. You even have my emai address but never contacted me.
