number still not transferred

PAC number provided for two phones. One is done but the other has not transferred and I am now paying for both service providers as if I cancel my old service before number transfers it is lost. 
 

how do I get through to someone from ID mobile to chase?

If I cancel will I now be charged a years service as the ID mobile number has been operational for 2 weeks?

Was it the same PAC code for the 2 numbers?

If so you’ll need to contact your provider and request another one.

Unfortunately it comes from a Business account which means the provider (o2) will/ can only provide a single pAC against all three numbers. As ID Mobile only do a 1:1 relationship it means I have to wait 30 days for the system driven pac number to expire to get another one. - 60 days to get all three moved, if I want to keep my old numbers. I cannot cancel O2 in the meantime as the old number will be lost and no longer available to transfer.

Unfortunately porting multiple numbers with a single PAC code isn’t possible with iD Mobile.

Please let us know if you require assistance with the other ports.
