I've requested my number transfer twice, giving my PAC, and I was given dates in Dec for the transfer, but nothing happened either time. How can I get my old number transferred to iD please?

With the festive period, there have been some delays which we can only apologise for.

I was given 19th Dec and then when it didn't transfer I submitted the request again and was told 21st Dec. It still hasn't been transferred.
