Number transfer not working correctly

Hello, my number doesn’t seem to have connected correctly. 
I used the pac code and it should have moved over on Tuesday 30/05/23 if I make a call the correct number shows on the phone I am calling, however nobody can call me on that number. Please help as I am waiting for a very important phone call and they won’t be able to contact me.

Please can anyone help with this I need to be contactable and the ID chat won’t work
