Hi I am still being billed for a mobile that my son hasn't used for months. I have tried cancelling this before and I'm still being charged the mobile number is [EDIT] my name is Kelly Hayward and I would like a reply as to why I'm still being billed it hasn't been used for months and I have received letters from cars debt collections for something that no longer is in use

Sounds very frustrating.

Unfortunately the iD online community isn’t real-time, so it could be several days or longer before iD Mobile read your post.

If you need help now, it’ll be quicker to PM iD Mobile via their facebook or twitter social media pages, or try the iD Live Chat service.

It’s best to contact iD Mobile between 9am - 6pm - that way you can PM or chat with a real person.
