Old number hasn't transferred yet

Hi there,

I filled out the PAC form to transfer my old number to my new iD sim on Friday, it said it would do it on the next working day but it has not transferred yet. 

Any idea when it will transfer or how to solve this? I need this SIM to work ASAP with my old number.

any advice or similar experiences appreciated

You’d have needed to submit your PAC before 17:30 on Friday (14-Apr-2023), for the transfer to take place today @dunnymm.

If your PAC was submitted after 17:30 last Friday, then your transfer should happen tomorrow.

Is you ‘old’ provider’s SIM card still active @dunnymm?

I can’t quite remember what time I submitted the PAC so could’ve been after 17:30.

Yep my old SIM is still active.
