Timeline.
I lost an old phone which had an id mobile monthly sim card winter 2019/2020.
I thought i cancelled it and set up a new id monthly sim on a new number.
I recently switched providers cancelling my monthly sim card with id.
I noticed a direct debit still set up, so cancelled it as i no longer use id mobile.
I received an email (11/3) warning me of an outstanding balance on my first id mobile number of £5. This number hasn't been active since 2020. I no longer have an active id account.
Please get in touch so this can be cancelled properly. I do not want to be charged a termination fee on a number i cancelled in 2020.
