Old provider cancelled early

My transfer date over to iD Mobile is Friday 10th November, I have just now received a message from Sky my current provider that my account with them has been closed.  I now have no phone until Friday

How did you cancel your Sky Mobile account @Janie Byrne

When you give a PAC to iD, the number (you want to keep) is transferred according to the following timescales:

The Sky account shouldn’t have closed earlier than your port date, did you schedule a disconnection with Sky and have a PAC code?

 

Has your port happened earlier than you thought it might? Best way to check is to call someone from the iD Mobile SIM and see which number shows on their side.
