Please somebody help. I have upgraded to iPhone 14 and switch from EE to I mobile. I’m only getting 3G which is very frustrating. Can anyone help as I don’t seem to be able to contact anyone from i mobile and the live chat isn’t working

Was your screenshot from your iPhone 14, because it shows you’ve got a 4G network connection
Yes but I wasn’t at that postcode so it is down hence no 4G which is good
