I’ve just got a new contract on ID Mobile and I need to port my number over - when I tried to register for an account it says: Oops, the details you've entered are incorrect, Please try again

I know for sure that the details are correct. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried submitting your PAC via an advisor using the iD online Live Chat service, @EzriDax?

It’s also possible by contacting iD support via a private message on social media.
