Hi, I placed an order on the 27th of November. I received an email stating the item in the colour chosen was out of stock. They are waiting on it coming back in. I've not heard anything since. I've tried the live chat but only ever get the bot, who is not helpful at all. Is there a email address I could contact. I'm working 12hr shifts and don't have time to phone. Trying live chat on my brakes but only getting the bot.

Maybe there aren’t enough agents to deal with requests for assistance in a timely manner, and the bot puts some off and possibly helps others.
