My transaction number is 437853144. I got an email that it’s completed on the 31-st of May, but I still haven’t received my update on delivery. My last day at the address I’m currently at is the 4-th of June. Will I be able to receive it on time? May I please get an update?

If you ordered an iD SIM card, it is sent by Royal Mail post without tracking information.
iD advise it takes 3-5 working days to be delivered from the date of dispatch.

Did you order a device plan or SIM only plan?
Devices are sent via DPD within 1-2 working days, SIM only plans are delivered via Royal Mail within 3-5 working days.
