I was trying to buy a new mobile phone contract through mobiles.co.uk and they have just told me that the order was declined by network (iD Mobiles) after being credit checked. I am really surprised as my credit rating is excellent and I cannot see any reason why I should have been declined. Can ID Mobiles please let me know why they have declined the order.

Unfortunately we can’t provide information as to why the credit check was declined. Credit checks are based on many factors and our systems carry out the checks and accept or decline the check.
I’m very sorry about that, unfortunately we are unable to overturn this decision.
