my order will be available by 19/05/22. does that mean ill receive it on the 20th (iPhone 13 pro). Also when will i get a confirmation order

Your iD order could be processed tomorrow (19-May-2022), but that’ll depend on stock availability, which does unfortunately change at short notice.
You normally get an email when your iD order is actually dispatched.
For more information, I’d recommend speaking to an iD agent using their Live Chat service, or you can privately message iD Mobile using facebook (Messenger) or Twitter (direct message) for an order update.
