Recently got accepted for the iphone 13 and was abit to small for me so i spoke to a person at carphone wear-house and returned it today , and ordered my new one its now saying “ has been accepted by the iD Mobile network, however not for the chosen handset and tariff combination that you have ordered. The network would be willing at this time to offer you one of their great sim only packages.” i don’t understand how to go about this , will it arrive ? Will it not ?

We would advise that you call Carphone Warehouse directly if the order was placed with them.
From what it sounds like you haven’t been accepted for the new purchase and you would need to call them to see what alternative options they can provide.
