I ordered a SIM only deal on 18th August. I entered all my bank details, didn’t receive a confirmation email nor have I received the SIM. I have been trying for days to access the chat and can’t get in touch. Can someone please help me?

Have you been charged after choosing an iD SIM only plan?
Try accessing the online chat https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat using an incognito/in-private/private window in your web browser.
If you still can’t use the online chat, get in-touch via the iD social media team, on facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message).
Any out-of-hours messages on social media are picked-up when the social media team next start work.
