Other ways to verify identity for sim activation

Unfortunately we have lost a sim and coincidentally access to the listed email address. How can we activate the replacement sim (which I have collected from Currys)?

You’ll need to access your e mail service via another device; also see-

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/your-sim-card

We cannot currently access that email address from any device, so need to register the sim by other means - for example using another email address.
