I will be working and living in Greece for the foreseeable future and I want to set up my direct debit with my Greek bank account since that's where I will be paid. I tried to set it up on the app but I couldn't figure it out since Greece doesn't use sort codes.
Is it possible to do this through the app/ at all? I tried to get in touch through the live chat ilbut it always seems busy.

An iD Mobile account has to have a UK billing address.
You should really be looking at a local Greek mobile service provider, if you are going to be living in Greece for the foreseeable future - good luck.

Thank you for your quick replies. I'll have a look but since I upgraded recently with ID I think there is going to be a massive final bill for ending the plan too soon.
